Refund policy

Returns

The Company will not accept returns or issue refunds due to delays or damage resulting from shipping, that should be taken care of with shipping insurance.  Customer understands that they have options to insure the shipment for an additional cost and assumes all risk of damage to product during shipment. The Company agrees to replace Products that are defective, damaged (for reasons other than shipment) or the incorrect product, if notification of such is received by Company within 1 business day of arrival.  We are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for mistaken purchases.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards- Downloadable software products
  • Covid Test kits
  • Edible Products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Products with obvious signs of use

There are certain situations where only partial refunds MAY be granted at our sole discretion:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ALL returns or cancellations must be approved by the company to be eligible for a refund. 
  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 1 business day after delivery without approval in writing – for approval contact us at support@concentrichealthalliance.com

Please note: if a refund is accepted the order will be subjected to a 2.5% Restocking fee, return shipping costs and  other possible fees.  Then the refund will be in the form of store credit only. 


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return request is initially approved, you will receive a RMA# to ship back the return and the warehouse address to ship to, if applicable.  Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent to you for store credit, which can be used for any item on our website. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, discount or sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective (OR DAMAGED). If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@concentrichealthalliance.com and following approval, we will issue you a RMA. 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return to use for another product that we sell. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return. You will need to contact them about replacing the item.

Shipping
The Company will not accept returns or issue refunds due to delays or damage resulting from shipping, that should be taken care of with shipping insurance.  The Product includes free shipping and Customer understands that they have options to insure the shipment for an additional cost and assumes all risk of damage to the product during shipment. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. In case of free shipping, the cost of shipping might be deducted as well.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items received in error would be shipped back to us on our cost. In case of shipping items over $75 of value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
