With over 20 years of experience, she has worked in over 40+ countries to ensure products and services meet American standards. (1PL) model is when all manufacturing, storage, fulfillment, logistics and operational processes occur internally.
(2PL) model is when an entity outsources storage and transportation to an external provider. In this model, we receive goods ready to ship and solely handle the storage and movement of goods.
(3PL) model is when a party outsources storage, fulfillment and transportation. Businesses using this model handle their own manufacturing, marketing, sales, etc.
(4PL) model is when an entity outsources storage, fulfillment, transportation and some operations like additional marketing opportunities, supply chain strategy, planning, coordination, and optimization.
